Above all, is a pleasant, grounded, and thoughtful human being who wants to contribute to something meaningful
What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a board-certified pediatrician who is ready to practice DPC with depth, intention, and continuity. This part-time role (3–3.5 clinic days per week) is designed for a clinician who values relationship-based care, small panels, and the freedom to practice thoughtfully without insurance constraints.
The ideal candidate already has a sincere interest in integrative pediatrics and has pursued additional learning in this space. You’ll share coverage and patient access with Dr. Capella, collaborate in a small, supportive practice environment, and take an active role in growing your own patient panel through community presence and word-of-mouth—reaping the benefits of that growth. We’re seeking someone who wants a long-term DPC home (5+ years) and is excited to keep building clinical and integrative skill sets over time.
Compensation is transparent and DPC-aligned, with a guaranteed base salary the first year, performance-based upside tied to panel growth (with potential of $250K+ for a 250-patient panel), generous CME support, healthcare stipend, 401(k) match, malpractice coverage, and flexible vacation time. If you’ve been looking for a DPC role that combines autonomy, alignment, and sustainability—this may be your unicorn.
