  • At Healing Arts Pediatrics, we believe pediatric care should be deeply personal, relationship-centered, and rooted in respect for the whole child and family. We are growing—and we’re looking for a receptionist who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for people.

This is more than a front desk role. You will be the first impression of our practice and a key part of the experience families have with us.

    What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking someone who:

    • Has at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role

    • Naturally treats people from all walks of life with respect and dignity

    • Maintains a warm, welcoming presence—including a friendly smile and mindful facial expressions, even in challenging situations

    • Communicates with kindness, clarity, and cultural sensitivity, especially with diverse and multicultural families

    • Is fluent in Spanish and able to write comfortably in Spanish

    • Feels comfortable working with immigrant families

    • Understands and respects health information privacy and confidentiality

    • Is a team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive work family

    • Is emotionally mature—addresses issues directly and constructively rather than holding onto frustration

    • Is proactive and attentive, noticing what needs to be done without being asked

    • Anticipates needs, supports workflow, and brings ideas to improve clinic operations

    • Above all, is a pleasant, grounded, and thoughtful human being who wants to contribute to something meaningful

    What You’ll Do

    • Greet and welcome families with warmth and professionalism

    • Answer phones, texts, and messages with clarity and compassion

    • Schedule appointments and help manage clinic flow

    • Support administrative tasks and front office operations

    • Help create a calm, organized, and positive environment for patients and staff

    • Serve as a bridge between families and the clinical team

    What We Offer

    • Starting pay: $20/hour (negotiable based on experience), with annual raises based on performance

    • Part-time schedule (26-32 hours/week)

    • Retirement plan

    • Health insurance stipend

    • A supportive, collaborative team environment

    • The opportunity to be part of a practice that is truly making a difference in the lives of children and families

  • We’re looking for a board-certified pediatrician who is ready to practice DPC with depth, intention, and continuity. This part-time role (3–3.5 clinic days per week) is designed for a clinician who values relationship-based care, small panels, and the freedom to practice thoughtfully without insurance constraints.

The ideal candidate already has a sincere interest in integrative pediatrics and has pursued additional learning in this space. You’ll share coverage and patient access with Dr. Capella, collaborate in a small, supportive practice environment, and take an active role in growing your own patient panel through community presence and word-of-mouth—reaping the benefits of that growth. We’re seeking someone who wants a long-term DPC home (5+ years) and is excited to keep building clinical and integrative skill sets over time.

Compensation is transparent and DPC-aligned, with a guaranteed base salary the first year, performance-based upside tied to panel growth (with potential of $250K+ for a 250-patient panel), generous CME support, healthcare stipend, 401(k) match, malpractice coverage, and flexible vacation time. If you’ve been looking for a DPC role that combines autonomy, alignment, and sustainability—this may be your unicorn.

  • "I love coming to work. I'm not just an employee clocking in and out. I'm part of something bigger, working to make our community thrive."
